在北帕默斯顿学院2026级开学典礼上，学院同步隆重举行产业教授、企业导师聘任仪式，西安文理学院校长刘波、新西兰国立联合理工学院执行校长迪恩·兰金、教务长宝拉·查理森、以及西安市教育局对外合作与交流处处长魏登峰共同为10位产业教授颁发荣誉学衔证书，聘任仪式由副校长刘明利主持。此次聘任的10位产业教授也是学校首批产业教授荣誉学衔授予者，这标志着学院产教融合、校企协同育人队伍正式组建。

At the opening ceremony for the 2026 cohort, PNI(XAU) also held an appointment ceremony for industry professors and enterprise mentors. President Liu Bo of Xi’an University, Mr. Dean Rankin, Executive Director of Universal College of Learning (UCOL), Ms. Paula Richardson, Academic Registrar of UCOL, and Mr. Wei Dengfeng, Director of the Division of External Cooperation and Exchanges of the Xi’an Municipal Education Bureau, together presented honorary titles to the 10 industry professors. The ceremony was presided over by Vice President Liu Mingli. The 10 industry professors appointed are also the first recipients of this honorary title at the university, marking the formal launch of the Institute’s industry–education integrated, university-enterprise teaching team.

首期10位产业教授均来自科大讯飞、中科曙光、北京东方国信、美林数据、西安葡萄城软件五家行业头部企业。他们中既有中国科学院大学博士、国家超级计算西安中心首席工程师，也有深耕大数据与人工智能近二十年的事业部总经理、低代码开发领域资深专家，研究方向覆盖智能语音与大模型、高性能计算与超算、大数据与工业互联网、企业级软件与低代码开发等领域，兼具深厚技术功底与丰富产业经验。同期受聘的12位企业导师，则来自六家合作企业，均为技术骨干与企业高管。聘任仪式现场北帕默斯顿学院执行院长边培莹与上述6家合作企业分别进行了产教融合合作框架协议。

The 10 industry professors come from five leading enterprises—iFLYTEK, Dawning Information Industry (Sugon), Beijing BONC, MeritData and Xi’an GrapeCity Information Technology. They include a doctoral graduate of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences who serves as Chief Engineer of the National Supercomputing Center in Xi’an, general managers with nearly 20 years in big data and AI, and senior experts in low-code development. Their expertise spans intelligent speech and large language models, high-performance and supercomputing, big data and the industrial internet, and enterprise-grade software and low-code development. The 12 enterprise mentors, appointed alongside them, are technical backbones and executives from the six partner enterprises. At the ceremony, Executive Dean Bian Peiying of PNI(XAU) signed industry–education integration cooperation framework agreements separately with the six partner enterprises.

这支“双师型”队伍将走进课堂，把产业一线的真实项目、技术标准与岗位需求带入人才培养全过程，有效补齐实践教学短板，推动课堂教学与产业前沿深度对接，让学生在实战中求真知、练本领。

This dual-qualified team will bring real industry projects, technical standards and job requirements directly into the classroom, filling gaps in practical teaching, connecting coursework with the cutting edge of industry, and helping students build knowledge and skills through hands-on practice.

下一步，学院将依托这支队伍，共建实习实训基地与项目教学基地，推动产业教授与企业导师常态化授课、联合指导项目综合实践与毕业设计，打通“课堂学习—项目实训—岗位就业”一体化育人链条，为培养兼具家国情怀与国际视野、扎实技术能力与创新素养的应用型人才提供坚实支撑。

Looking ahead, the Institute will work with this team to build internship and practical-training bases as well as project-based teaching bases, and to enable regular teaching by industry professors and enterprise mentors, joint supervision of integrated project practice and graduation design. This will form an integrated chain of classroom learning – project training – job placement, providing strong support for cultivating application-oriented talents with both national commitment and a global vision, solid technical skills and an innovative spirit.
