Invitation to the Opening Ceremony for the Inaugural 2026 Cohort

亲爱的2026级新同学：

Dear 2026 freshmen,

金秋九月，你们已顺利报到入学，目前正参加军训。兹定于军训结束后一日——2026年9月16日（星期三）上午10:30，在明德楼A区报告厅举行2026级学生开学典礼。届时，新西兰国立联合理工学院（UCOL）校方领导、省市主管部门领导、合作企业代表及学校领导将共同出席，为10位产业教授、12位企业导师颁发聘书，与你们共赴应用型、国际化求学新程。当日上午9:00先行召开新生家长见面会。

As autumn arrives, you have already enrolled and are currently taking part in military training. The opening ceremony, held the day after military training concludes, will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, in the Lecture Hall, Block A, Mingde Building. The leadership of Universal College of Learning (UCOL), government officials, partner enterprises and university leaders will attend to present appointments to ten industry professors and twelve enterprise mentors, and to mark the start of your applied, international journey. A parent meeting will be held earlier at 9:00 a.m. the same day.
