PNI deeply practices the talent cultivation model of industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaboration. Rooted in the industrial development foundation of Shaanxi Province and relying on the distinctive school-running characteristics of PNI of Xi’an University, the platform accurately connects with leading enterprises in emerging industries such as software and big data in Xi’an and nationwide, and regularly carries out special lectures by industry professors. Focusing on the needs of industry talent training, PNI regularly invites senior enterprise industry mentors, industry technical experts and enterprise executives to the campus for lecture sharing.

Closely linked to the front line of the industry market, the industry professor lectures deeply analyze the current situation and future development trend of the digital industry, core technical pain points of the industry, accurately interpret enterprise talent training standards, core job competency requirements and career development paths, and share real project practical experience and industry landing cases. The lectures integrate cutting-edge industry resources, front-line technical concepts and practical teaching content into classroom and practical training teaching, effectively break the connection barrier between campus teaching and industrial posts, and help students accurately adapt to industry needs and improve their professional practical ability and employment competitiveness.
